Conditions Of Using SonicPrint.comBy placing an order with our company you agree to the following terms.Color Reproduction All standard jobs ordered on our website are printed using the gangrun process. By printing your job on a "gangrun" with many other print jobs, all customers share the setup costs and we are able to substantially discount the 4-color printing process as much as 80% off compared to printing the same jobs individually. Because particular attention to each individual piece can not be maintained without affecting the other jobs on the print run, gangrun printing works within a "pleasing color" spectrum. This means that colors will vary slightly from run to run and can not be reproduced precisely. Because of this limitation, we are unable to guarantee color output. Please refer to our guarantee policy located here. Because of limitations with the process of gangrun printing, AND the differences in equipment, paper, and neighboring image ink requirements - the accuracy of color reproduction IS NOT guaranteed. By placing and order with SonicPrint you agree to this limitation. The "pleasing color" standard is an industry-wide accepted trade practice of all printers who use the gangrun print process. If your job is not being printed on a gangrun, we can output a color accurate proof that must be signed off, and returned to us, prior to print production. For information regarding this policy please contact us. Turnround Guarantee Payment Terms Because each job is created custom for the client, it can not be reused or resold. Please refer to our return policy and guarantee located here. After your artwork is on a plated run ready for production, All Sales Are Final. Cancellations Due to the speed of our turnaround, you may only cancel a job if it has not been placed on a run. A minimum charge of $25 is applied to jobs cancelled after artwork has been pre-flighted for print. Please refer to the complete details of our cancellation policy located here. Shipping &
Delivery Title for finished work passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier at shipping point. Standard UPS shipments are insured for $100. We will insure boxes for a higher amount at customers discretion and expense. We are Not responsible for Delays or Damage incurred after your shipment has left our plant. F.O.B.: Tampa, FL Proofs When requested by the customer, SonicPrint will submit non-color-matching digital proofs for the customer's review and approval. When neccessary, a high-resolution "hard copy" proof is available for an additional $70 on all printed material excluding gangrun items. A minimum shipping charge of $25 is required to send a proof via express air shipping. Proofs must be returned to SonicPrint marked "O.K." or "Revised Proof Required" and signed by the customer. Until the proof is returned, no additional work will be performed. SonicPrint will not be responsible for undetected production errors in client artwork if:- Proofs are not requested or waived by the client; - The work is printed per the client's written OK; - Requests for changes are communicated verbally. All requests for changes of any kind must be made in writing to avoid mistakes. Claims Quotes/Estimates Quotations are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided. SonicPrint can requote a job at the time of submission if the art does not conform to the information on which the original estimate was based. Orders placed with SonicPrint are to the client's knowledge correct, and there are no conditions or agreements relating to the order which are not written or accompanying said order.
